The Black Forest is an area of natural beauty. A region essentially known for three distinctive features, timber farmhouses, the typical Black Forest Gateaux and traditional cuckoo-clock.
Where you will be staying
Maritim Titisee Hotel
With a large lakeside meadow and prime location overlooking the crystal clear lake. Comfortable en suite bedrooms all have a balcony, hairdryer, TV, radio, mini-bar, and telephone. The hotel has a lift, indoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium, fitness room and beauty salon.
What you will be doing
Day 1 Travel to Dover for the early afternoon ferry/shuttle crossing to Calais. Continue to the overnight's accommodation.
Day 2 We continue the journey to the Black Forest arriving at the hotel with time to relax before dinner.
Day 3 Today we visit Freiburg known for its magnificent cathedral, an excellent axample of late Gothic architecture.
Day 4 Enjoy a day at leisure at Lake Titisee, where you can enjoy the many treats the picturesque village has to offer.
Day 5 Today we visit Constance a well preserved old town.
Day 6 We depart our hotel travelling to the overnight's accommodation.
LAST DAY Travel to Calais for the afternoon ferry/shuttle crossing and complete the journey home.
